The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) invaded Pinoy Big Brother House gaining partial rule to the house under Kuya (Big Brother)’s permission.

I believe that she still deserves to be Binibining Pilipinas World 2008 despite her hilarious answer. Here are some of my reasons why:

1. She has the looks. We can’t deny that she has a nicely carved sexy body. Her facial features are also at par compared to other beauty queens.
2. As she said, she’s confident. Watching the video would prove this, no need for further justification.
3. She is also a tough girl. Yes, she’s tough. In fact, she is one of the Tough Ten (her mispronunciation for the phrase Top Ten).
4. Lastly, it’s a beauty pageant anyway. I’ve read from a source that in the new format of Binibining Pilipinas, the candidate’s swimsuit and evening gown performance weighs the most.

A while ago, I asked my parents if we could watch a movie after attending mass. They agreed and asked me what movie to watch. I told them that I’d like to watch My Bestfriend’s Girlfriend by GMA Films.

At first, they thought it was cheap but they eventually liked it. I defended that Tagalog movies are better. Honestly, I still prefer Tagalog movies rather than watching a foreign movie. Tagalog or shall we generalize it to Pinoy movies are easier to understand mainly because of the culture and tongue we share.

Pinoy Love movies are NOT cheap. They are worth watching! They are better than Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

Breaking News: Hady Mirza of Singapore is our first Asian Idol. He was awarded as the first Asian Idol December 17, 2007 12:00am, Philippine Time (GMT+8).

He was awarded in Indonesia. The awarding was simulcasted in Asian television, at different timeslots depending on their timezones. The results were based 50% on the judge’s scores while the other 50% are from SMS/phone votes.
