Disk Knight Remover
Disk Knight is a beneficial virus I have encountered countless times. It’s annoying; especially its way of silent multiplication. It installs itself to the host computer; then infects every drive (usually the flash drives) the host computer gets direct contact to.
I’ve read several methods online on how to remove this nasty beneficial virus. One of the easiest method I found was to download a batch file by Islam Adel; execute it to your computer and poof, no more Disk Knight.
Here’s the file: Disk Knight Remover.

this might come as a surprise, but i actually WANT the disk knight. anybody knows where where to download?
it was the first “virus” i got on my usb drive. i removed it.
then i got other real viruses, which luckily i was able to remove, but i’d feel safer with the program.
i believe it’s “mis”underestimated.
i know another solution is to creat a read-only, empty autorun.inf/ini in my drive, but i’d like to find it, and i can’t!

Hi, something deeply wrong occured after execution of Disk Knight remover.
For some reason, all the links between icons and programs were lost
Quick Lauch bare is uneefective
Regedit even does not launch regedit program..and thats really a mess
So something destroyed the link base probably inside the register base.
A solution for that? because the guys here are going to hung me..
Best regards
Jacques
