Happy Earth Day and New Layout

Happy Earth Day!

Today is Earth Day, and I feel a kind of nostalgism (don’t care if the word doesn’t exist). It makes me remember of my last year’s Internship when I had the chance to participate on Earth Day events. We, the three Pisay interns, were even the ones who made the Earth Day Info corner in Sarangani Province’ Capitol.

Enough of it. So, I have a new layout. If you’re reading from your feed reader or email, you won’t notice this but I recommend that you visit my site so you won’t miss the thing.

The changes in the new layout are:

The design. (obvious)
No more twit box. (huhuhu.. not a big loss)
No more featured blog of the week pane. (I’m tired of maintaining it)
Removed some advertisements, specifically the DreamHost campaigns. (they suck!)
New and improved comment visuals. (gravatar love )

I designed and coded it. I made those boxes, shadows, etc. The vector graphics (RSS buttons, navigation icons) were taken from different authors but from one source, Iconspedia.
