Hi guys,

you may want to call the number (737-1111) for your BC and other NSO cert requests. they will tell you the price of how much it costs. If you want to do the request online, you may try browsing the e-census page though mas mahal sila as compared with the NSO helpline plus especially if you are going to request for more than 1 copy. Both methods will have your certs delivered via LBC. processing of your requests starts once you make your payments sa mga accredited banks nila (NSO helpline uses Metrobank, e-census goes with BDO and Unionbank). just a reminder for Birth Cert requests, mahigpit sila sa recipient ng delivery, ang pwede lang mag accept ng birth certificate deliveries is either yung tao sa birth certificate, asawa and anak, and parents nya.

Flow ng request:

Request via phone or internet —-> do the payment over the bank ——> deliver sa address na specified mo

birth certificate
> can only be requested by direct person, spouse and kids; Mother and Father of person concerned.
> if hindi kayo kasama sa above, you need an authorization letter plus ID nung person concerned to accept the delivery.

>> for all other certificates, anyone can request it….

To Annalyn Jamora, medyo option mo is to request a copy of your BC thru NSO (online or phone will do; pero i suggest calling since NSO helpline plus tends to give you more suggestions if you have more questions pa)

ask ko lang po kung anjan na po sa nso quezon city yung birth certificate ko, kasi 4 years ko na po yun hinihintay. sa coron palawan kasi ako nag register tapos pinallow up ko dito sa quezon city. tanung ku lang kung nasa qc na para makuha ko.

so negative copy po yung nakuha mo w/in this year po ba yung copy mo? kung tama po yung nilagay mong data sa application form nila at negative talaga yung lumabas yung negative result na hawak mo magagamit mo po yun sa pag apply ng endorsement sa city hall kung saan ka naka register! kc po mas magada ma check mo p yung record mo sa city hall b4 mag late registration kc po baka ma double registration kapo. gato po gagawin mo
1.check po yung record sa city hall
2.kung meron po endorsement ang gagawin mo
2.1 kung wala ka pong record sa city hall papa late register kapo pag sinabi sa city na may pinasa daw silang record mo sa CENSUS yun n po yung time na ippakita mo yung latest negative copy ng birth certificate mo.
3.pag ok na po at na process na sa city hall papa mail mo po yan sa NSO vibal bldg. kuha k n lng po ng address sa NSO.
reminder po photo copy lng po yung ipapa mail mo yung original sayo po iyon yun po kc ang dadalin mo sa NSO.
4.pag nasa NSO kn po kuha ka uli ng application form nila then punta kn po sa Legal Dept. nila o yung tina tawag na CDLI (Area B.)
5.pag ok napo sa Area B. may ibibigay po sa inyong resibo kung saan nakalagay ang schedule of release ng documents mo.

may logo at signature ng chairman ng NSO sa likod ng Birth certificate? kasi yun po ang kaylangan ko.. pag dito po kasi kumuha sa province, walang seal ng NSO sa likod..

last 2004 i got my birth certificate from Cebu NSO. details were completely correct. Just recently, i filed to get my birth certificate from NSO Mla but I received it with wrong birthdate, instead of Aug. 1 it is now July 1. How could this be? NSO Cebu & NSO Manila have different details of my birth certificate? I paid Php 140 for the filing & delivery. May I ask the telephone # for NSO Cebu.
