Smart Bro sucks talaga, napaka unreliable ng internet connection sometimes meron but most of the time super bagal ang connection and I’m a postpaid subscriber what more kung prepaid. Imagine this post was published nung 2008 pa and 2010 na ngayon wala pa ring inimprove yung service nila

Every day from 8am in the morning to 11-12 at night i experience 3-5kb/s download speed. that’s 33-5 kbs. no, not mb, it’s KB. far worse than dial up.
And I’m a internet shop owner!

Pasalamat na po kayo mga SmartBro user, Ako isang Globe Tattoo user kasi yung 3g signal nila na put_l-p_tol ang after ko. Ang kaso, nung nag-request ako na i-stop muna nila yung supersurf 50 na ne-register ko kasi dalawang oras na hindi pa ako maka-connect at may maintenance daw…. Yung number ko naman ang pinag-initan nila, NAKA BLOCK NA YUNG SIM KO PARA MAG_REGISTER SA SUPERSURF NILA…. PESTE TALAGA ANG GLOBE!!!!

and i wanted to transfer to other location but they said no signal there how can i turn it off my signal im here in america im trying to contact there landline but i cant contact them have something email that i can talk somebody or the costomer service
